Subject: Unified Command Urges BOLO for Banded Birds
Dear friend and fellow bird protector:
If you haven't already, would you please consider distributing the following link from Unified Command regarding how coastal residents should be on the lookout for, and report, banded migratory seabirds. This is very important information to help wildlife agencies determine survival rates of previously oiled birds after rehabilitation.
