ANERR Celebrates
Estuaries Day On Sept 28
It's all about the Bay on Sept. 28 as the Apalachicola National Estuarine Research Reserve (ANERR) celebrates National Estuaries Day at its new Research and Visitor Center in Eastpoint.
The festivities will run from 1:30-6 p.m. and will feature family-friendly activities and exhibits. The Visitor Center is located near the St. George Island Bridge at 108 Island Drive. Just look to your left about a quarter mile from the bridge.
This is quite an interesting and entertaining facility and one that curtain climbers truly enjoy. Yes, they even have touch tanks.
